Recently, an awareness-raising event was held in the assembly hall of specialized secondary school No. 140 in Ashgabat, which specializes in foreign languages, as well as in exact and natural sciences. The event was organized jointly with the Bagtyyarlyk etrap Council of the city of Ashgabat of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the etrap police department. It was attended by school students and aimed at strengthening road safety oversight and raising awareness among young people about the importance of following traffic rules.
During the event, the speakers emphasized that awareness-raising activities conducted within the framework of the nationwide month “Road Safety — Peace of Our Life” play an important role in preventing road traffic accidents. It was noted that such initiatives help the younger generation to better understand and adopt traffic rules. It was also highlighted that every citizen’s knowledge of traffic regulations ensures safety on the roads and contributes to the comfort of daily life.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants expressed their deep gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for creating broad opportunities for the youth to study, learn and create.
