During the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, a period marked by steady progress, under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar for worthily continuing the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero-Arkadag—new facilities are being constructed and commissioned across our beautiful country to further improve the living conditions of our people.
Recently, with the blessing of the leaders of the two states, the newly built turkmen–uzbek border trade center “Shabat” was opened and put into operation in the Dashoguz velayat. This event became a vivid symbol of the centuries-old turkmen–uzbek friendship.
The ceremony was attended by youth and elders from both countries. The opening of the “Shabat” border trade center will create broad opportunities for expanding trade and economic relations. On the occasion of the opening and the ceremonial presentation by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, highest state award of the Uzbekistan — the “Friendship of the Highest Degree” order — to the Arkadagly Hero Serdar, a festive event was held with the participation of the peoples of both countries.
Participants of the event expressed deep gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero-Arkadag and Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar for all the opportunities being created.
