In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, great attention is being paid in our Motherland to the development of national culture and art. The initiatives carried out in this regard deserve special mention. In particular, competitions and cultural events are regularly held to discover young talents entering the world of art, and to promote interest in playing the dutar—our national musical instrument—and singing.
Recently, a music contest titled "Along the Path of the Mentors" was organized by the Gorogly etrap Council of Dashoguz velayat of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly. The event was held at the children's school of arts of the etrap. Participants included students studying in the bagshy specialty of the school of arts. During the event, students showcased their talents by performing Turkmen folk songs and songs praising the Motherland, the prosperous era, and the great achievements made possible thanks to the tireless efforts of the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
The jury members fairly evaluated the students' musical and vocal performances. Based on the jury’s decision, Ahmet Bayramgeldiyev, a 3rd-grade student of the bagshy specialty, was awarded 1st place. Mergen Gochnazarov and Batyr Tekayev, 4th-grade students in the same specialty, were awarded 2nd and 3rd places respectively.
The winners of the music competition received Certificates from the Gorogly etrap Council of Dashoguz velayat of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the children's school of arts of the etrap.
