Under this motto, yesterday, on the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons, a festive gathering was organized by the Arkadag city Council of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly. The event took place at the home of the honored teacher Atabay Penaev of the specialized school No. 2 with in-depth study of the English language.
Honoring the noble traditions of the Turkmen people, a meaningful conversation was held around a richly set table, with the participation of honored teachers, respected elderly people and mothers. The discussion was led by Beyzali Ataev, deputy chairman of the Arkadag city Council of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly. During the conversation, the tireless efforts of the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar were proudly mentioned, thanks to which the elderly and respected mothers receive due respect and honor in the country. The role of the older generation in strengthening unity and patriotism, as well as in shaping generations who love their Homeland, was also discussed.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants were presented with commemorative gifts in honor of the holiday.
