Recently, based on the Action Plan for the implementation of the “State Program in the Field of State Youth Policy of Turkmenistan for 2021-2025”, a checkers sports competition titled “Sport — the key to health” was organized jointly by the Tagtabazar etrap Council of Mary velavat of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, and the etrap education department. The event was held at the 10th secondary school of the etrap with the participation of senior students.
The competition featured speeches by Aynabat Gurdowa, a chemistry and biology teacher at the 10th secondary school of Tagtabazar etrap and the head of the first Youth organization, as well as Allanazar Emeyev, a physical education teacher at the same school. They emphasized that such competitions are important for nurturing well-rounded, physically and mentally healthy, morally pure, and accomplished individuals, and wished success to the participating students.
According to the results, the 1st place was awarded to Aybahar Parahadowa, a 12th-grade student of the school, 2nd place to Aybike Tayyrowa, a 10th-grade student, and 3rd place to A. Saparmyradow, also a 10th-grade student. The winners were ceremoniously awarded certificates of Honor by the Tagtabazar etrap Council of Mary velavat of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly.
At the conclusion of the competition, participants expressed their deep gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, for creating wide opportunities for youth engagement in sports.
