During the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, special attention is paid to the comprehensive development of the digital system. Turkmenistan is undertaking significant efforts to modernize its education system, aiming to raise a generation of young people with a broad worldviews and capable of managing modern innovative technologies.
In both urban and rural areas, alongside other social infrastructure, numerous educational institutions that meet the requirements of the modern era have been built and put into operation. The “Concept of development of digital education system in Turkmenistan” has been adopted. One of its key objectives is the creation of a unified educational network, enriching the content and improving the quality of education for youth, while integrating new technologies for distance learning.
As is well known, on June 27, 2025, our esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree on the establishment of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, emphasizing that the admission of students will begin in the 2025-2026 academic year. This is a clear sign of the country’s care for its youth —the future of Turkmenistan. This higher educational institution will play a major role in preparing highly qualified young professionals and promoting them to the international level.
